Martina Frick is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions team in Zurich. She advises national and international clients on the incorporation, organization and administration of their companies. She is a member of Eversheds Sutherland’s Startup Desk in Switzerland. Furthermore, she supports our clients with restructurings as well as in private M&A transactions.

Education
Martina graduated from the University of Zurich in 2007 and was admitted to the bar of the Canton of Zurich in 2010. In December 2016, she was certified as mediator SBA. Between fall 2020 and summer 2022, she completed her postgraduate studies at the University of Zurich (LL.M. with summa cum laude) on a part-time basis.
