Career
Kattya is a Senior Associate of BLP in the San Jose office. She specializes in the practice areas of Banking & Finance and Business Law.
In more than 16 years of experience in the legal profession, she has advised major banks and financial institutions regarding the legal framework of loans and corporate financing options, as well as provided legal counsel in the development of real estate projects in urban and coastal areas of Costa Rica.
In Business Law, she provides domestic and foreign clients with day-to-day advice on a variety of corporate matters.
Kattya joined the BLP team as an associate following the firm’s merger with Weinstok Abogados in 2015. Previously, she worked at the law firm Castro Garnier & Asociados.
