Roberto is a BLP Director in the San José office. In his practice area of  Business Law, he advises national and international companies on the day to day aspects of business operations.  He also has experience in mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, purchase and sale of commercial establishments, and in the preparation and negotiation of various types of commercial contracts.

He joined the BLP team as an Associate in 2011, after having been a legal assistant at Facio Abogados.
