Career

Fabio is a dispute resolution specialist with a solid academic background, and over 20 years’ experience in high profile cases in Brazil and abroad. Fabio specialized in national and international arbitrations, and also has a solid litigation practice in the Brazilian Federal and State Courts. Likewise, Fabio conquered a wide recognition as a civil procedure scholar and as a visiting professor at the post graduate courses of University of Sao Paulo. As a result of his distinguished litigation skills, Fabio has been involved in a variety of disputes, with focus on energy, construction, M&A, oil and gas, transport, maritime, education and food.
