Joanne Wu has practiced law in Hong Kong for more than 20 years. She frequently advises and represents local, PRC and international clients in high value cross-border litigation in Hong Kong and has extensive experience in collaborating counsel in jurisdictions such as PRC, UK, Cayman Islands, BVI to protect and enforce clients’ rights in Hong Kong and beyond. She also acted regularly in domestic and international commercial arbitrations at various institutions in Hong Kong and London under HKIAC Rules and UNCITRAL Rules. Besides, Joanne is highly experienced in family, probate and inheritance proceedings involving multimillion-dollar trusts and complex onshore/offshore structures.
