Daying Zhang, a partner in the Hong Kong office, advises issuers and underwriters on capital markets transactions.

Ms. Zhang advises both public and private companies on full range of capital markets transactions and corporate matters, including:

• • Initial public offerings (IPOs) and follow-on offerings in the US and Hong Kong
  • Public company representation including regulatory compliance, M&A, and privatization

She draws on extensive work in both China and the US, advising a wide range of issuers and underwriters, particularly in the technology, financial services, and energy sectors. She also advises clients on related litigation and internal investigation matters.
