Career

Kirsty is highly experienced in leading complex real estate development transactions across diverse sectors from an equity and debt perspective. Kirsty’s practice includes acting for alternative capital providers in relation to development and investment portfolios within the UK and on a pan European basis. She has acted on a number of City of London developments throughout their project life, from site assembly, through the construction process, to forward funding and/or lettings to high-profile occupiers. Kirsty has also led several developments and financings in more wide-ranging sectors, such as film studios, data centers, hotels, logistics and life sciences with a particular interest in how ESG issues impact these assets. A snapshot of her experience in 2023 included: advising debt funders for several life science conversion developments, acting for a lender on the ground up development of a new European HQ for a listed life science tenant, advising on high value film studio lettings, overseeing financing of a European logistics development platform, acting for an international bank on the refurbishment and letting of its London HQ and the development of London multifamily accommodation.
