Alexandre Heydel acts for French and foreign clients in international and private mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and joint ventures, including multijurisdictional transactions involving coordination of legal teams in multiple countries. He represents corporate clients primarily in the banking and energy sectors.
Alexandre also advises on general corporate matters and has extensive experience in OHADA Law (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa).
