Paul Ogunde is a Partner in the litigation department at Walker Kontos. His practice focuses on commercial litigation,insolvency, debt recovery and security realisation, intellectual property disputes, litigation surrounding receiverships, employment law, insurance,banking, tax, public procurement and public law litigation in the area of judicial review. Recently, Paul has advised administrators of a listed cement manufacturer on its insolvency affecting subsidiaries in over five (5) jurisdictions. He has also represented financial institutions and insolvency practitioners in many ground breaking court proceedings on the Insolvency Act which is new in Kenya.
