Position
David Bresnick is a partner in Cooley’s London office, where he focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture/growth capital transactions. David specializes in transactions for technology companies of all shapes and sizes, from startup through to IPO/Exit. David has also been acting for international clients on their strategic investment and joint venture activity across Europe for 15+ years and has built up a deep understanding of how to structure and execute pan-European cross-border transactions for domestic and overseas clients.
Career
David joined Cooley from Morrison & Foerster. Prior to that, he was at CMS Cameron McKenna, where he headed the private equity group and led the corporate telecoms, media and technology group.
