Position

Justin Stock is a partner in Cooley’s corporate practice and is managing partner of our London office. He focuses on M&A, corporate finance and private equity. Justin has acted on acquisitions and disposals (primarily cross border) for trade buyers and portfolio companies acquiring and disposing of both controlling and noncontrolling interests. He is experienced in both public to private transactions and private mergers and has worked on securities transactions, including large IPOs, placings, secondary issues and convertible debt issues.

Justin’s clients include public and private companies, private equity houses, investment managers, venture capitalists and banks. He has particular experience in advising companies in the technology and internet sector.
