Career

Rebecca Warder is Hausfeld’s Head of Knowledge  and possesses extensive expertise in leading both internal and external knowledge management projects, one of which was highly commended by Legal Week Innovation Awards.

Having practiced as a disputes lawyer in global law firms Norton Rose Fulbright and HFW and having continued her career as a professional support lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills, Rebecca has wide-ranging disputes experience, including both litigation and arbitration cases. Rebecca has acted on a broad spectrum of high value arbitration matters, including LCIA, ICC, DIFC and ad-hoc arbitration, one of which became a leading Supreme Court case on contractual interpretation. Rebecca is the Deputy Chair of the London Chamber of Arbitration and Mediation (LCAM).
