Pedro Sack is a key member of Pinheiro Guimarães’ praised Civil Litigation and Arbitration team, who has been made full partner of the firm in 2021. He has over 12 years’ experience working in complex civil and corporate disputes, mostly involving collection suits, breach of contract disputes and contract claims and arbitration. Pedro multi-disciplinary knowledge on Brazilian law includes Bankruptcy Law, Constitutional Law, Tax Law, Family, Probate and Succession Law, which enable him to also represent clients in other complex civil cases, such family law, tax, administrative law, class actions and other related proceedings.
