Career

Manuela Andrade has significant experience in energy projects development and financing transactions, having advised clients in connection with the implementation of wind power projects totaling an aggregate installed capacity of more than 3 GWs. Her recent work highlights include assisting Rio Energy (Denham Capital’s capital vehicle for renewable energy projects in Brazil) in the implementation of wind power complexes of Caetité, Itarema and Serra da Babilônia and assisting EDF Renewables in connection with the implementation and financing of the Ventos da Bahia and Folha Larga wind energy complexes. Manuela has an LLM from the Faculty of Law of the University of Oxford.
