Gregory L. Seltzer is a transactional attorney who utilizes legal, accounting, and business disciplines to service clients. He is co-practice leader of the Emerging Growth and Venture Capital Group and concentrates his practice on merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital and private-equity financings, and technology licensing agreements. He represents startups and growing companies in cutting-edge industries, including SaaS, virtual currency, biotech, mobile applications, and cloud-based technology, handling formation, financings, scaling, and, ultimately, exit transactions.
