Tina R. Makoulian concentrates on complex real estate development, acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and commercial leasing.
Tina represents owners and developers of all property types. She has extensive experience with office, retail, and industrial leasing, on both the landlord and the tenant side. She frequently handles portfolio acquisitions and dispositions of stabilized assets, particularly in the office and multifamily areas. Her clients have included shopping center REITs, office REITs, real estate investment fund managers, manufacturing companies, national retailers, and developers of a variety of projects, including mixed-use projects and transit-oriented projects.
