Ballard Spahr LLP acts for both buyers and sellers, ranging from small, privately held companies to multinational public companies, in deals spanning the middle- and lower-middle markets; and the practice has deal experience in sectors such as life sciences, technology, aerospace, manufacturing and telecoms.
