Position

Helen is a senior associate in the corporate team and has experience advising on all aspects of corporate work. 

She specialises in complex group reorganisations often involving capital reduction demergers, dividends, capital reductions, intra-group business and asset transfers, reorganisations of share capital, share-buybacks and s.110 schemes and leads the team in this area. 

Helen regularly advises on high value demergers and has experience providing technical company law advice and advising registered societies, LLPs, property management companies and companies limited by guarantee.
