Dickon CeadelForsters LLP

Forsters LLP ‘has a stellar reputation as a top-flight firm catering for high-net-worth clients’. It is ably led by Joanne Edwards, who is praised as ‘one of the standout family lawyers of her generation’. The practice excels in high-value and international nuptial agreements, complex cross-border child arrangements, and financial cases. Another core area of expertise lies in court-based litigation for high-profile and high-net-worth clients. Rosie Schumm boasts a busy caseload of complex litigation for families with significant wealth, and Simon Blain has a particular strength in financial cases, which often involve trusts, family businesses, and assets in more than one jurisdiction. Counsel Amanda Sandys is also well regarded, and Dickon Ceadel was recently promoted to the partnership.
