Anna started at the firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2001. She is a Resolution Accredited specialist in advanced financial provision and private children law.

Anna also has Law Society Family panel status and is a collaborative lawyer. Anna is a member of the management board at Barcan+Kirby LLP with overall responsibility for strategic and operational HR, as well as HODs, marketing and the Client Relationship team.

Anna’s primary focus is financial disputes in mid to high value claims involving individuals. She promotes a conciliatory approach to family disputes and is also an experienced litigator. Anna approaches court applications sensibly and encourages fair agreements.
