Position
Jessica is an Associate in the International Private Client and Trusts team in Guernsey.
Career
Jessica graduated from the University of Chester with a 2:1 bachelor of laws with honours and has recently completed the LPC Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice with the University of Law, achieving a Commendation level grade.
Prior to joining Collas Crill, Jessica worked for a local fiduciary company. During her time there she was heavily involved with FATCA/CRS reporting and GDPR work, understanding how these regimes impacted fiduciaries. Jessica also completed the International Advanced Certificate in Anti Money Laundering and achieved a merit from the International Compliance Association.
In September 2021 Jessica began her training contract with the firm, completing four seats as a Trainee Solicitor before qualifying as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2023.
She recently spent three months on secondment in the Private Client team at Withers.
