Position
Carol is a Senior Associate and Advocate in the Property team in the Jersey office.
She has experience in all aspects of commercial property transactions particularly commercial lending and borrowing, leasehold matters, development work, commercial sales and acquisitions and corporate support.
Carol has previous experience in all aspects of family law, public law proceedings and petty debt claims.
Carol is currently studying for the Notary exam.
Career
Carol joined Collas Crill in November 2021 with 14 years’ experience in private client litigation (family law) and more recently commercial property, where she focused on all aspects of commercial property transactions. She has regularly appeared in the Jersey Courts and has previously worked as a Family Proceedings Officer at the Royal Court of Jersey
Carol worked full-time in law and studied part-time obtaining her LL.B from Nottingham Trent University in 2009. In 2014, she completed her Advocates and Solicitors exams through the Jersey Institute of Law where she qualified initially as a Jersey Solicitor (Ècrivian) before being admitted as a Jersey Advocate in 201
