Tanya has experience in landlord and tenant leasing (particularly retail), investment and development, acquisition and sale, student accommodation and property finance work, in all types of commercial property.
She has extensive experience in project managing and delivering the real estate elements of wider commercial projects and asset management section of property portfolios for a number of our high-profile clients. Tanya is adept in providing quick turnaround of instructions, delivering a commercial and proactive approach to negotiations and providing management information and reporting tailored to the client’s needs.
