Colin has over 20 years’ experience in commercial property and in this time he has developed significant expertise in investment and development, particularly of office and retail assets. His clients include both UK and internationally-based private equity funds and high net worth individuals.
Colin is dual qualified in Scotland and England & Wales. He has acted on the purchase, sale, financing and asset management of many shopping centres and retail parks across the UK and advises a variety of clients on the redevelopment, re-purposing, refinancing and tax structuring of their real estate investments.
