John specialises in advising banks, building societies and other financial institutions on a wide range of contentious matters including guarantee claims, security enforcement (including mortgage possession proceedings), asset recovery, fraud and professional negligence claims.
He also assists clients with complaints to the Financial Services Ombudsman and defends claims brought against them in relation to allegations of mis-selling financial products and breaches of contract.
