Position

Fraser is a commercial lawyer who specialises in advising athletes and talent, their agents, representatives and management companies. His client list includes a host of household names from numerous sports, six of whom appeared in ESPN’s top 100 World Fame Athlete Rankings List for 2017.

Fraser primarily advises on contractual matters and athletes’ commercial activities and has advised on some of the most significant sports endorsement deals and player transfers of recent times. He works with sports agents in over 20 countries. He also advises DJs, models, presenters and writers, together with investors and entrepreneurs in the sports and entertainment industries.

Fraser has substantial experience in other areas of sports and entertainment marketing, particularly sponsorship, commercial rights management and event management, advising brands, agencies and rights holders in this regard.
