Charlotte joined BDM in 2024 from another legal 500 ranked London firm where she qualified in 2023 and brings experience in all aspects of dry shipping litigation and arbitration. She is regularly involved in matters in the English High Court and LMAA and other forms of arbitration dealing with charterparty disputes for owners and charterers and the defence of cargo claims having spent 3 months in a Piraeus based claims consultancy.

She has experience of shipbuilding disputes having been part of a team handling two 4 week London arbitration hearings involving disputes arising out of contracts for construction of two USD 400 million oil rigs.

Charlotte graduated from City University and achieved a distinction in her LPC and LLM.
