Career

Rob is a Partner in the Collections and Recoveries team and oversees the performance of the team providing advice and guidance internally within the team, as well as directly to clients. He has more than 30 years’ experience and has worked his way up since joining Brachers in 1991. He joined the management team in 2007 and became a Partner in 2015.

In 2020 he was elected as the chair of the Civil Court Users Association (CCUA), after carrying out the role of Vice Chair over the previous five years. As part of his duties, he meets with officials from HM Ministry of Justice and HM Courts and Tribunals Service, representing the interests of court users.

Rob is also Chair of the Creditor Recoveries Liaison Committee which brings together all of the main representative bodies within the creditor sector and meets whenever there are major industry developments to discuss.
