Position
Tristan is a Consultant Solicitor who specialises in Wills, Estate and Trusts. Tristan has wide experience and particular expertise in administering estates, including estates involving foreign assets, precious gems, unregulated and unusual investments, common land, manorial titles and families in dispute.

Probate and Administration of Estates
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Court of Protection Applications and matters arising from loss of mental capacity, including applications for Deputyship appointments.
Career
Tristan obtained a Degree in Law from the University of Greenwich before obtaining a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Cardiff University. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1998 and spent the first part of his career with Gartsides in Abergavenny where he became a partner and, more recently, practising in Cardiff with top 100 firms NewLaw and Gordon Dadds.
