Stephen advises on a wide range of commercial matters, from starting up in business to protecting the intellectual property your business owns, with particular expertise in the telecommunications sector.

Career

After graduating with a degree in law from the University of East Anglia, Stephen qualified as a Solicitor in 1998. Having gained considerable experience as a Senior Lawyer at British Telecommunications PLC, Stephen set up the practice of Pearne and Co. in 2006 before joining Star Legal.
