Aaron advises clients on all aspects of family law, including pre-nuptial agreements, children disputes and separation. Aaron has particular experience advising on financial arrangements arising from divorce, including both straight-forward issues and more complex issues, such as those involving overseas assets and family trusts or businesses.
Prior to joining K J Smith Solicitors, Aaron worked for a leading national firm specialising in family law.
Aaron has been working exclusively within family law since 2015 and was described as “up and coming; a definite partner in the making” in the 2021 Legal 500 rankings.
