Dorine has experience in advising private equity funds and multinational groups on the tax structuring of M&A deals including LBOs and capital market transactions.

Dorine’s practice also focuses on the general reorganisation work for corporate groups, including tax and VAT issues. Dorine also represents taxpayers in tax disputes.

Dorine joined the firm in 2023 after an initial experience in an international firm.
