Rémy has 30 years of legal experience, both in business as a former legal director and in a law firm. Rémy finds pragmatic solutions to complex negotiations and cross-border projects. His main areas of expertise are mergers and acquisitions, private equity acquisitions and disposals, as well as build-up and carve-out operations. He works in the energy and renewable energy sectors, defense, aerospace and technology, as well as cosmetics, food and retail.

Rémy Blain worked at Airbus Defence and Security (2004-2001) as General Counsel, and Legal Counsel (2001-2000) at Thales. He also spent 7 years at TotalEnergies as a Senior International Counsel (1993-2000), negotiating upstream oil & gas projects and with a focus on Russia-CIS region.
