Emily’s experience has gained her an insight into a wide range of residential property transactions, and she has experience dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity (particularly in relation to matrimonial matters), drafting declarations of trust, buy to let transactions as well as new build plots, first registrations, probate sales, shared ownership transactions and retirement properties.

Emily has represented first time buyers as well as high net worth clients, with the aim to progress transactions as smoothly and swiftly as possible.

Education

Emily qualified as a solicitor in 2015, having previously obtained a 2:1 degree from the University of Southampton and a Distinction in her LPC at the College of Law. Emily trained with the firm and now specialises in Residential Property.
