Natalie joined Austin Moore & Partners as an Associate in February 2017 having built a strong referral relationship with the firm in the preceding years. Trained at Wright Hassall LLP before moving to Harvey Ingram LLP and becoming an associate. Prior experience at two employment law boutique firms; Premier Legal LLP and Halborns Limited.

Natalie became a Partner in 2020.
