Career

Emily is our expert family solicitor in Hartley Wintney and advises clients in Fleet, Hook and the surrounding areas, including Guildford, Farnham, Farnborough, Wokingham, Alton and Basingstoke.  She also advises clients living in London and abroad.

Emily has been recognised by the Legal 500 as “extremely conscientious and supportive of her clients”.

Emily has extensive experience of all aspects of family law, in particular complex financial issues and wide-ranging children disputes following a divorce or separation. She is well versed in the interrelationship between money and children following a relationship breakdown, and is often instructed in high net worth cases involving multiple property portfolios, inherited wealth, off-shore assets, family trust instruments and complex business assets.

Her client matters concerning children range from straightforward domestic issues to international cases including wardship and child relocation abroad. Emily’s aim is to encourage a positive parenting relationship, and to ensure her clients have a solid understanding and a feeling of control over the court process.

Emily also advises on the preparation and negotiation of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

As a committed member of Resolution her approach will always center around the needs of the whole family. She strives to promote a non-confrontational approach, which results in a better outcome for families and children.
