Gerard is a Solicitor and Team Leader in the company’s renowned catastrophic injury team. He has been with Fletchers for over 10 years having joined in August 2008.

Gerard represents Claimants who have suffered life-changing injuries, achieving settlements in the High Court, ranging from £250k to in excess of £8milion. Such cases have included brain injury, paraplegia, amputation, nerve damage, serious orthopaedic injury and psychiatric damage.

Gerard has a national reputation in the catastrophic injury sector and is regularly instructed by Claimants throughout England and Wales. He is listed in the Legal 500 for his specialism in dealing with the very high value claims and is known as a tough negotiator.
