Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 1993 Nicola has concentrated on tax planning for the individual and for the family, spreading wealth through the generations in the most tax efficient manner. She particularly enjoys providing simple solutions for more complex family situations and blended families.
Her areas of expertise include advising on both lifetime and post death tax planning, advice in relation to and the preparation of Wills and Trusts (including continuing Trust management), obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration and the administration of estates, general and specific Powers of Attorney including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications. Nicola writes a regular legal column and is involved in various private client presentations.
Nicola acts for a diverse mix of clients primarily in the London, Surrey and Sussex areas and having practiced both in city and high street firms has the ability to empathise with client’s requirements and expectations.
