Day-to-day business documentation and drafting: documents requiring legal attention or advice for those running a business, e.g., terms and conditions, privacy policies, contractual notices, contracts that need to be terminated properly.
Advice and guidance on directors’ legal responsibilities and their contractual obligations to the companies on whose board they sit and to which they report.
Company law compliance and administration: statutory obligations under the Companies Act and other legislation, Companies House filings and forms, company secretarial matters, completion and maintenance of statutory registers.
