Career

Anthony is an internationally renowned commercial lawyer with over 40 years’ experience in the legal profession. He is Managing Partner of Jurit, the business he set up in 2012.

Having lived and worked nationally and internationally, Anthony has extensive expertise in both the provision of corporate and commercial advice, as well as in building and leading legal teams.

From his days developing the commercial practice of Clyde & Co in Guildford, to the setting up and running their Dubai office which provided jobs for 250 people from over 30 countries, Anthony has become expert in the ins and outs of running and leading a business.

This experience has seen him build, develop and reorganise businesses, he has sat on Boards in the UK and abroad, and has chaired an international strategy committee for a leading firm.

Having returned to the UK from the Emirates in 2012, where he saw out the ups of the hectic growth of the City state, the downs of the Gulf War, 9/11 and a deep recession, he has continued to make the most of the rich experience, expertise and connections made throughout his career, creating a network of trusted legal practitioners here at Jurit.
