Lynn is an experienced and well respected banking lawyer, having spent 15 years in the banking practice of a leading law firm.  Lynn prides herself on her hands-on and commercial approach as well her understanding of business, having spent some time on secondment with a leading PLC.  Lynn combines technical expertise with a drive to obtain the best possible and practical solution for the future operation of a client’s facilities.

Lynn has significant experience of advising and negotiating on all aspects of corporate banking including leveraged finance (in particular, MBIs and MBOs), real estate finance, development finance, asset based lending and receivables finance.  Lynn has expertise in both bilateral and syndicated transactions and cross border financing.  Lynn has further experience in advising on global liquidity pooling arrangements.

Lynn has acted for high street banks, financial institutions, invoice discounters, private equity houses and corporate borrowers (public and private), in relation to new and existing facilities. Lynn has further experience in acting for the Government’s housing, land and regeneration agency.
