Kevin has extensive experience of advising on construction and engineering issues. On contentious matters, Kevin regularly acts in Adjudication, TCC and Arbitration proceedings and in ADR (including Mediation and Early Neutral Evaluation). Kevin has acted in relation to disputes across a range of construction and engineering issues from causation of delay to liability for loss & expense to Construction Act payment disputes.

Kevin has experience of drafting and negotiating a variety of construction and engineering contracts including bespoke forms, schedules of amendments to JCT and other standard forms, professional appointments, sub-contracts, collateral warranties, bonds & guarantees. His experience ranges from discrete advice in relation to national infrastructure projects to frameworks and suites of documentation in relation to maintenance and self-build housing schemes. Kevin has developed several specialisms including advising in relation to housebuilding, national infrastructure/projects, city-centre development, mechanical and electrical work, process engineering and supporting development lawyers and funders.
