Position
A partner and specialist family law mediator, Priya has over 10 years’ specialist family law experience. Her focus is resolving financial issues following relationship breakdown including divorce. She advises clients both nationally and internationally and has experience dealing with international assets and foreign jurisdictions.
Priya’s practice also includes cohabitation disputes as well as drafting nuptial agreements. She acts for parties in Children Act applications including international family law matters such as leave to remove applications and wardship proceedings.
Priya is known for her direct, practical and at times robust approach but with sensitivity and calm.
Career
Priya was previously head of the family department at a firm in South West London. She consolidated her practice at Goodman Ray solicitors in central London, joining Rayden Solicitors in 2015.
Memberships
As well as being an accredited specialist member of Resolution, Priya sits on the Resolution Standards Committee and has assisted in drafting Resolution’s Good Practice guides.
