Position
Liz is a Legal Director specialising in corporate tax.
Liz advises on all areas of corporate tax for private and publicly owned companies and their shareholders.
Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, company reconstructions and demergers, private equity transactions, EIS, SEIS and SITR relief, employee incentive arrangements particularly EMI options, employee tax issues, banking tax and VAT. She also provides advice to entites in the not for profit and charitable sectors.
Career
Liz trained at Pinsent Masons qualifying in 1994.
In 2000 she joined Allen and Overy before returning to Pinsent Masons as a partner in 2002. In 2007 she moved to the London office of Pinsent Masons to head the London tax team.
She left Pinsent Masons in 2010 and had about 2 years outside the legal profession before joining Parisi Tax in 2012.
