Becky Rees is a partner in Parisi Tax LLP and has a thriving practice acting for law firms and accountancy firms (including KPMG) and direct clients who are mostly entrepreneurs, management teams and private companies.  Becky offers creative but practical solutions to complex tax issues. She advises on all aspects of corporate transactions including advising management teams on private equity transactions. She also advises on employee share incentive arrangements. A large part of her practice relates to EIS and SEIS for exciting new businesses and growing companies
