Jordan has experience working with healthcare operators and education clients for some 15 years.

Jordan has particular expertise in the acquisition and sales of healthcare businesses as well as advising education clients in relation to academy status and governance, acting on behalf of multi academy trusts, including acquiring other schools into the trust, setting up free schools and acting for independent schools and children’s day nurseries.

Jordan has worked in the healthcare and education sectors for many years and has built sector specific knowledge and experience during that time which has enabled him to provide added value commercial and pragmatic solutions to clients, tailored to their business and sector. Jordan also works closely with other specialists within these sectors including accountants and mainstream and challenger banks.

Jordan has managed a niche team of lawyers within the healthcare and education sectors for many years. As part of that, Jordan will be the lead on many corporate related healthcare matters and will lead all academy, multi academy trust, free school, independent school and children’s day nursery corporate related projects.
