Vast experience of handling complex construction related disputes on behalf of building contractors, sub-contractors, owners and property developers, and for many other construction or property related professionals.

Clare has joined Shakespeare Martineau having spent the last ten years working for clients on projects in London and across the UK as a partner for two highly regarded firms, specialising in contentious construction law. Clare started her career working in the construction professional indemnity field, and gained significant experience acting on a wide range of high valued construction claims, both domestically and internationally. She also worked in-house for one of the world’s largest insurers, managing a varied portfolio of claims.
