Mark works collaboratively with teams across the firm to ensure client’s goals are achieved. Mark has a highly commercial and efficient approach to transactions developed by acting principally for major pension funds and institutional investor clients.

Mark’s principal areas of work comprise general commercial real estate with a mixture of investment development and occupier work. Mark has extensive experience of all aspects of commercial real estate work with particular focus on acquisitions, sales, landlord and tenant matters, asset management and strategic advice.

Focusing on understanding his client’s key objectives, Mark strives to deliver solutions in the most effective and expeditious manner possible. Mark acts for a number of major corporate occupiers and also provides development and commercial property advice to universities and colleges.
