Michael has over 35 years’ experience helping individuals, families, trusts and charities to deal with their legal obligations, providing practical advice on the best and most tax efficient ways of achieving their goals.
Michael advises trustees on their legal obligations, prepares trust accounts and tax returns, administers estates and advises executors on inheritance tax matters. He also acts for individuals in connection with their wills, powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning.
Michael is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
