Nathan Smith joined Co-op Legal Services in 2017 as legal assistant.

Nathan continued his legal journey at the national legal services provider commencing his training contract in 2021 completing seats in private client and medical negligence.

Nathan joined Pinney Talfourd in 2023 as an addition to the private client team.

Nathan acts for various clients on a daily basis on a variety of private client matters.

Nathan completed a seat in Contentious Probate during his period of recognised of training giving him a greater capacity to manage estate administration files with contentious elements.

Nathan is an experienced probate practitioner able to deal with a wide range of complex cases. Most of Nathan’s cases include Inheritance Tax considerations.

Education

Nathan Smith studied his law degree at the University of Hertfordshire, graduating in 2016, before completing his legal practice course at BPP University in 2020.
